Returning to work after baby

Working Moms- We will work on that dreaded “Mom Guilt” that normally comes with going back to work after having a baby.

It is not always ideal to have to return to work. It could be that you had an amazing career you do not want to let go of yet. It could also be that you either go to work or your family struggles.

Another concern is being able to put your all into work. You just had a baby. There may be worry that you will not be able to complete work, have to take more breaks due to motherly calls, or simply you’re too focused on your new baby that you are longing to be home.

There are unsettling thoughts that the babysitter or childcare provider is going to be noticed as the “mom”, so you think more on being a stay at home mother. You start thinking about the transition, but it brings stress because you’re not sure if it is the right move.

Maybe, you really love what you do. However, in the back of your mind, thoughts are forming. Can you truly be present in your child’s life? Will you be able to love being at home with your family as much as you love work? Are you really able to give your all into both your career and household?

Working with Amy can bring clarity and realization that giving your child, or children, the love and care they deserve doesn’t need to compete with honoring your professional life. When you’re ready to get started, click here to go to the Contact page.
